Warranty and Returns Policy
All products supplied and installed by Universalfuze licenced technicians are automatically granted a 3 year replacement warranty from date of installation. Installations booked by third party aftercare consultants are to be completed in line with the description and criteria agreed to on the dealership work order request portal. Should discrepancies arise between the work order request and the completed installation, Universalfuze will work directly with the end user for resolution and complete customer satisfaction, but under no circumstances will completed work/products be refunded or returned if Universalfuze has made all reasonable efforts to see to the end users requirements as agreed to in the work order request.
All of the listed items on Universalfuze.com are protected by an in house 2 year warranty unless otherwise specified (all Sony items carry a 36 month manufacturer warranty). Warranty claims are the sole resonsibility of the manufacturer of the product in question, but we are happy to assist you with any warranty processes. All Sony and Parrot warranty processes are handled by those manufacturers directly and the service center information that is included with your products.

All items supplied and installed by Universalfuze include a 3 year warranty* with a lifetime warranty on all work completed. For installation warranty concerns, please use the warranty request form below. Warranty service bookings in WA are completed at our Midland and Balcatta locations.
*If your new items came with a warranty registration form (Parrot, Kenwood, Clarion etc.) this warranty registration MUST be activated at your time of purchase to validate the extended 3 year warranty.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full merchandise credit. You can return or exchange your item for up to 14 days from the purchase date. Exchange items must be in the condition you received them in and be contained in the original box and/or packaging. Return costs are to be paid by the buyer. We can only refund the value of the product, postage, call out fee and installation costs are not included in refunds or exchanges. If you would like a refund instead of a credit, the refund amount will incur a 30%restocking fee (calculated on product value only, no installation, callout or postage costs are included in the refund).

Security and Shipping Policies
We take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which we hold about you. Personal information may be stored both electronically on our computer system, and in hard-copy form. Firewalls, 2048 Bit v3 SSL encryption, passwords, anti-virus software and email filters act to protect all our electronic information.
We do not store credit card information, we securely submit credit card information to our bank for processing.
Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order and payment process and to alert you to VIP offers. We will not
sell or redistribute your information to anyone. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
Allow up to 2 business days handling time for packing and lodging. Depending on your location and delivery size, your package will be sent with Couriers please, Sendle, Fastway or Australia post. After checkout, you will be provided a tracking number (via email or your PayPal account) and all further delivery information will be available only from the links sent to your email address.
Items such as some speakers and subwoofers are too heavy to be covered by the standard shipping fee and have are calculated by weight at checkout.
We have three different dispatch locations in Western Australia (main warehouse), Victoria and in Queensland.
As stock varies at different times at each location, your order may be shipped from either, though we will endeavor always to send your order from your closest dispatch center so it arrives to you sooner.
Due to the large mass of some items (subwoofers, speaker enclosures etc.) there are some exclusions to Aus Post delivery and these items are marked at point of sale.
Some of our items are dispatched from outside of Australia to any address worldwide. These are marked with delivery options at checkout.
